Spencer Krieger

Spencer is a Lane Fellow being advised by Dr. Jian Ma. He works on various problems in bioinformatics, including spatial transcriptomics, cell-signaling pathway analysis, protein secondary structure prediction. He previously received PhD in computer science at the University of Arizona and a BS in biochemistry. Spencer joined the ISCB student council in 2017 as a web committee member and has served as co-chair of the committee since 2018.
